BrightPath Transport LLC (“BrightPath”) is an independently owned transportation service. We are not a medical, emergency, or government agency.

 

By booking or using our services, clients agree to follow all policies listed on our website, invoices, or signed agreements. These policies are designed to protect our drivers’ time, scheduling, and the safety of each passenger.

 

Policies may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. These policies are for general business purposes only and are not legal advice. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policies before submitting payment.

Daily school/drop-off & pick-up transportation

Daycare & after-school transportation

Medical, airport, courier, and personal transport

Payment Methods
Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or online invoice.

For monthly bookings: Payment is due before services begin and must be paid before the first pickup.

For daily/weekly bookings: Payment must be made before pickup unless otherwise agreed.

Parent/Client Responsibilities
Child/passenger must be ready at pickup time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed.

Additional wait time or extra stops may result in additional charges.

Any schedule changes must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
