BrightPath Transport LLC (“BrightPath”) is an independently owned transportation service. We are not a medical, emergency, or government agency.

 

By booking or using our services, clients agree to follow all policies listed on our website, invoices, or signed agreements. These policies are designed to protect our drivers’ time, scheduling, and the safety of each passenger.

 

Policies may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. These policies are for general business purposes only and are not legal advice. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policies before submitting payment.

Reservation & Payment
Payment or deposit is required to officially reserve transportation services.

Once a date or month is booked and payment is sent, that time slot is held exclusively for you, and other clients may be turned away.

For monthly bookings, payment is considered a service agreement for that month and is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Client


Because transportation is scheduled in advance, routes are planned, and driver time is reserved:

Monthly payments and deposits are non-refundable once service dates are secured.

If a client cancels after booking:

The full payment can be applied as a service credit for future transportation, or

A partial refund may be offered, minus the non-refundable booking/holding fee.

Weekly or single-trip bookings may be more flexible; cancellations made 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for credit or partial refund.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations, last-minute schedule changes (less than 24 hours), or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Credit Option
Service credits do not expire and may be used for school, daycare, medical, airport, courier, or field trip transportation.

Credits may be transferred to an immediate family member with written approval.

Cancellations by BrightPath Transport


If BrightPath must cancel due to emergency, weather, or vehicle issues:

Clients will receive either:

A full credit or refund for that day’s service, or

A rescheduled trip at no extra cost.
