Cancellation Policy

BrightPath Transport Booking Policy Service Area & Pricing: Currently, we offer a Weekly MATC Transport Package for pickups from Brown Deer to the MATC Downtown Campus at a fixed price. If your pickup location is outside this area or you need a custom transportation plan, please email us directly at info@brightpathtrans.com so we can work out the best option and pricing for you. Booking & Scheduling: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to secure your ride. Pickup times and exact locations will be confirmed directly with clients after booking to ensure accuracy and safety. All rides are private and direct to MATC Downtown Campus, with no extra stops unless arranged in advance. Included Perks: Complimentary bottled water, light snacks, and optional Gatorade or energy drinks are provided on every trip. We strive to make your ride comfortable, safe, and punctual. Packages & Memberships: The current package includes 3 one-way rides per week at a discounted rate and is valid for 7 days from purchase. Package details, including session counts, pricing, and expiration, are clearly stated during purchase. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the ride cost. For emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brightpathtrans.com. We will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis. Additional Information: Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice to clients. BrightPath Transport reserves the right to refuse service if safety or policy concerns arise.
